Delivery Time
Canadian orders: Allow between 3 - 5 business days to receive your order.
US orders: Allow between 6 - 9 business days to receive your order.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your product please return it to us at the address listed at the bottom of this page*. Goods must be returned in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt, with an explanation of the problem. Goods which you have received free of charge can only be exchanged if they are defective.
Refund Policy
When you send an item back, ReturnMoi™ will process the returned item, and then notify you via email email of your refund or replacement. ReturnMoi™ reserves the right of replacement rather than refund or damaged or defective goods. If the goods are incorrect (e.g wrong items sent to you) and a refund is requested rather than replacement, a full refund at the price you paid for the item(s) and standard postage expense incurred in the return of this product to us may be given rather than replacement product, at our discretion. Original receipts must be shown for both the amount paid for the item(s) and the postage at standard rate.
